Dear Mr. Carter,
I received your inspection report on Friday. It contains all of the information you reviewed with me on Thursday, October 6. It is the only house inspection report I have ever read but I cannot help but think it is very well written. The realtors do not appreciate the clear narrative style, but I certainly do. It forces them to read and understand. I have already used your language to defend myself and I imagine I will continue to rely upon it as the negotiation proceeds.
